I only clicked 9 spaces on the patrol board but it says I have 10

I attempted to send out a patrol and when i was clicking the spaces it only allowed me to click 9 but says I had 10 clicked

Maybe i clicked on one twice? But why would it allow me to do that and not just remove that patrol square instead
