I'm gonna say I disagree. I think this event being slow and calm is absolutely perfect, especially after the February event. We spend the whole time in February grinding and maybe even burning out on lioden. I like that this event is slower, it feels like there's less pressure to be on and grinding for the event currency.

and while I'm aware that grinding in February is a personal choice, and you can take breaks, but like?? it's exciting. who wants to miss out on all that excitement?

anyway, that's just my opinion on it lol

I'm going to also disagree. February, as Jupiter said, is an intense month for many players. March being calmer allows for people to have a break from the grinding of lioden. In the recent news, they also did add more items. The Leopard Tail and Follow the Injured.

It adds a good mix of calm between the intense grind of February's breeding items, and April's stat items (eggs) imo.

i think im gonna agree, considering this month is used for support of anti poaching, i think it would help the cause better if there was more players online, perhaps there could be a mini event in between that starts like around march 10th, and could end somewhere around 20th that way players could come online for a little bit to help and then go back to their breaks.

I totally get where you're coming from because it's nice to have a reason to grind and interact. Especially when the shops opening is dependent on how active players are in said event. However, February is one of the biggest events for the year and a lot of players are burned out by the end of it. While that can be frustrating to players who aren't super invested and enjoy partaking fully in every month, a lot of people enjoy March as an excuse to relax, freeze accounts, and recuperate after the insanity from the month before.

As much as I would personally love to have a better reason to grind this month, especially since it's one of the few months that I have consistent freetime, I get why it's the way it is and can't see it changing. At least, not while February remains so active and chaotic.

But Fizzy does raise a good point about the theme of the month. It would be nice to see more recognition and interaction during an event that is trying to provide real world good. Hopefully some of the new items and encounters will be enough to raise numbers at least a little bit this year for those who do wish to participate actively! Especially when they intend to donate some of the funds raised this month.

I definitely wouldn't mind a smaller event like the punk breeding challenge or something that resulted in a high tier reward, since this event is supposed to help raise awareness, like Fizzy said, but I still don't think the March event as a whole needs to be bigger.

Okay! I definitely think the post should be reworded a bit, cause right now it reads as the whole event needs to be bigger! I'd recommend using some of the smaller challenges from some of the other months as an example, and even the December calender.

The March event itself doesn't have to be more active. It could just be a little thing like the punk breeding challenge or the advent calender or smth. I do think that would be cool.

Im gonna have to dis, sorry. The news post already stated that new items are being added for march (esp the mythical leopard tail ive been hearing about?) so theres really no need for a second overhaul of em. Additionally, Im perfectly fine with march being a slower month, and its exactly what I need after the hype of feb, makes me feel like I can break a little and get things situated, rather than have even MORE things i'd need to get for profit or other.

we couldnt have a treasure hunt since we got one for january, but maybe someone could come up with a mini event idea, i think jupiters idea of a breeding challenge or advent calender would be nice, perhaps a breeding buff or something.

Going to have to disagree, sorry! what I WILL agree on is definitely an event idea that's not too crazy, like what fizz/Jupiter said. But march is a good time to relax and stuff since people go crazy during February and get annoyed or worn out perchance from all the grinding.
