This design is based off of Jacob sheep, a heritage breed of piebald sheep. They are also referred to as four-horned sheep due to their ability to grow between two to six hours(although commonly two to four) depending on their genetics.
Their true origins are still unknown, but they are believed to have come from Africa, Spain, or the Middle East.
I designed the base off of American Jacobs' specifically, and the patterns that are highly desirable on them, such as facial patches, leg patches, and dark capes near their shoulders and neck.
Jacob sheep are my obsession, so I would absolutely love to see this design or something similar in the game.

If not as a marking, I could see it as a patches mutation.
Several people have suggested this, and I could definitely see it, especially because of how chunky the markings are.

I could see it being released as an applicator or event NCL marking. I think it would best fit into April's event due to sheep being associated with Easter.
It could be a one in all marking that applies the entire marking or it could be broken up for more customization.

-April NCL Mark
-April Applicator that can be bought in the shop for Hare Points or Easter Eggs
-Can be given by Wenet(can be given at the end of the storyline or a rare chance of it being dropped when completing random Wenet quests).
-Marking that can randomly appear on Wenet's cousins.
-Found in explore during April.

If different markings, "Facial Patches", "Body Patches", "Leg Patches"

Colors
I could honestly see this being released in a variety of colors, but some I have mocked up represent colors commonly shown in Jacob sheep, including faded wool.
