What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
The 24 hour clock in Chat room has a visual glitch. When the time is 12:00am - 12:59am, chat displays timestamps as 24:00 - 24:59 instead of 00:00 - 00:59.

Have the clock be anywhere between 12:00am - 12:59 am LD time, post a chat comment and see the timestamp when relative timestamps are turned off.
