What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
i claimed a pale fox decor from the giving tree on both my main account (this one) and my side account. i transferred the one obtained on my side to my main, but i only have one. it also would not let me claim another item, saying i already took one when i only have one of the items i claimed. i modboxed, but they told me to post on a thread created by someone i have blocked. when i told them this, they told me to create my own.
