I’ve been playing for over a year now and one of my favorite parts of the game is the mini games. That said, several of the games need some SERIOUS adjustments. First, the slot machine. The prizes are not at all weighted correctly. Catnip is in no way a second highest tier worthy reward. At the time of writing, I have eight of them stacked in my inventory that have been there for at least a month. Snake scent is even worse. I have over 120 uses of snake scent just sitting there. At the time of writing this, it is worth only 20 sb on the branches. In contrast, we have great tit in the second lowest tier. The great tit is worth around 15 gb!! I think that the great tit should be moved to the jackpot tier. The snake scent, catnip, and bone marrow should be moved to the second lowest tier. The red cock (worth around 1 gb) should also possibly be moved up a tier. Then we have serengeti shuffle. This game is mostly pretty good. It just needs a bit of prize rebalancing. In its current state, it is more beneficial to go for a lower score rather than shoot for 5000, just to be rewarded with a snake scent. Next, reptile roundup. This game is pretty good, but it so badly needs to be optimized for mobile. I rarely play it unless I’m able to sit down at my computer. Please add some buttons and a full screen option. The game often fails to register swipes, making the game significantly more difficult for mobile players. Also, please fix the issue on iPad where the game window is obscured by the UI. Now we come to the game that I hate the most. Whack a Snake is a tedious nightmare in its current state. The decent prizes don’t start until around 500 points and, as other players have pointed out, without score multipliers or some kind of boost, it takes an absurd amount of IRL time to reach even a semi-good score, much less the 1000 points needed to get a background. The music is also grating, and gets in my nerves to them point that I almost always play with sound off. Please add the ability to turn off the music, but keep the SFX on. I would also like to see some better prizes in all of the tiers (proportional to difficulty of course). The last thing I have to say is please add prizes to liomemo. I really like that game, but there’s not much incentive to play it once you’ve unlocked the reward in Reptile Roundup. That’s it! All of the other mini games are okay for now, these are just the ones I have the biggest complaints about. These issue has been brought up by other players about individual games, but I wanted to compile all of my thoughts and suggestions into one post. I’m looking forward to hearing what everyone else thinks about this! |
