Phyllis (meaning: leaf)
Other Names: Kaede, Pallav, Parnika.

Phyllis is a mainly green base with some darker and lighter hues. I want it to be either a combo base or special NCL base.
If it was a combo, I'm pretty sure it could be Moss Agate x Hazelnut/Cream and it's variants. Other suggestions for combos are to be included!

I am very sorry that the base lacks some detail, as it's my first, but I will keep making updates on it as time goes by. For now, let's check on what it currently looks like!
