What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
When you are in a forum looking at something, when you send the message you get that error, it doesn't let you refresh the page, you can only go back (on a tablet) or press the x, deleting the entire message you made, forcing you to rewrite it or sometimes take it off topic.
When that happens, error 500 appears.
The error says:
this page does not work

the www.lioden.com page cannot process this request now

HTTP ERROR 500

(And what button to return to the page that doesn't work when used)

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
When I was going to write in a forum, when I wrote and sent the message the error would appear because yes, some things would appear and others would not.
I thought it was the internet connection that wasn't working well but I looked at it and it was fine

I contacted modbox and the moderator told me to post a topic explaining the error here
