Looking to commision someone to code some css for me, and I am paying with grubs (budget of 20).

I world like to give the coder artistic freedom and to use the themes from a mood board which will be this

It’s a dark aesthetic with angels, royal themes, and skulls. A color palette is on the moodboard but it doesn’t have to be used.

I would like CSS for (What I want the most out of the CSS):
- my den and caves
- Images for my tabs
- Expandable boxes )hover over box and it expands)
- King Image to either be rounded or circular
- BG for my featured lion
- Edu NSW ACT Foundation as a font
- Custom Logo
- Firefly or Rain animation
- Page doll (if it can be a gif or talking that is a plus
