Howdy comrades, I come to you all looking for your thoughts and opinions. I am not unhappy with my current king, in fact I am quite fond of her, but over time I have grown more interested in breed only traits and RLC's. I also would like to be able to profit a bit off of studding (currently she pulls around 2-3 requests a week). Lilith bless her heart is a 100% applicator legend. So I find myself with 3 ideas;

~Keep Lilith as is and don't change anything. She is G1, she's cute, and I wouldn't have to spend any money.

~Replace Lilith's current look with a Mudstone NRLC. My thoughts are that any time I have a special base NCL I struggle to find a flint or slate stud that isn't a total bummer OR is priced higher than is worth to spend on a special but still generic NCL. I would want her to have all the traits of the Mudstone RL aside from base which I would probably change to Flint (I think it looks better than Slate). This would open her up to be a banger stud for special base NCL's and Mudstone (N)RLC's alike. I would also mutie rep or MoD the new look, overgrown fur being my first choice because it can be passed in breeding. If I use the OG Fur MoD it would also open the opportunity to heritage rep her first so that she is G1 again.

~The third and likely most lofty idea; project time: attempt to breed a seal bomb multiple rosette that could replace Lilith myself. For a base I would chose something that is a complementary combo factor. At this time I have a cub that could be a good starter to this project as she has 5 seal marks and a double rosette, although one of the two rosettes is golden inverted and is not very complimentary, it's a start. I am a huge seal marking lover and lord have mercy those studs are pricy so if I could pull this project off it would likely net me the most money from studding of the 3 choices. I think in this case I would choose a patches mutation. Because this would be the most costly to achieve of the three choices, I would likely settle on her being a G2 so that I could get a nice Patches mutation on her without having to spend 50-100 GB on a mod that doesn't change her value all /that/ much.

So my comrades in lion husbandry struggle, what are your thoughts? Should I leave her as is? Should I go for an NRLC? Should I attempt an expensive and potentially fruitless seal/rosette project?
