What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
Masked Event Gameplay/Encounters

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I have come across several different event encounters (last night and today) that should offer options and rewards (Mother rabbit out with her babies, rabbits celebrating carving together, and "do they have to be that chill?") that had just the flavourtext and no options.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
My current theory after several energy bars of this and two quest completions, is that I have almost 0 encounters (masked) before completing the quest, it took me 2 full energy bars (with i think one or zero rewarded encounters *that should have had options*) to get the "why are you carving out here" encounter, and after I completed the quest I had an uptick in explore encounters, with most of them having options but several still do not.

-i removed the mask and replaced it twice to see if the mask was being a bit glitchy since I started the event with it on
