What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
When trying to claim an item from the Giving Tree, the message saying that I already claimed an item pops up, despite knowing I haven't. Other people in chat said the same thing is happening to them. It's not doing this for everybody since I still see items dissapearing,.
