The word "Seiche" describes a wave occurring in a body of water such as a lake.

My idea for this base is that it would be used for the weekly raffle lioness, in the same ways that Bushveld, Haze, Lilac, Orchid, Pearl, Pecora, and Sepia are used. Out of those bases I listed, none of them are blue. This base, Seiche, would fill that niche.
