I guess since the alert at the top of her page says she can't be bred for 20 real life days, I thought maybe if I wean her cubs then move her to my side account where I don't roll over for 15 days, she would still be at 13 years and 1 month old, but her cooldown would be over?

Cooldowns require rollovers in order to tick downward without the use of items.

Ah, I guess that is... strange wording. I see what you mean. Sadly, they mean rollovers, not necessarily real-life days. She wouldn't age but her cooldown wouldn't go down either, except for the day when you rolled to retrieve her.

Since one lioden rollover ages a lion by one month, I guess they're trying to say that one rollover won't immediately put the lioness back in heat since that'd technically be 20 days in Lioden time.
