All skulls can be used as amusement items, *some skulls can be used in crafting decor and applicators in Monkey Business. Lion skulls and cheetah skulls are worth keeping, as they can both be crafted into applicators, and lion skulls are used in a couple of month's quests. The rest are fine for selling. Just depends on if you want to craft the decor they're used in.
