A bit too pink and a pit too off reference for me to support sorry, Ive never really been a big fan neon pinks and yellow anyway so its not your fault.

alright!, so I think that if you stray from the neon and try to make it more purple it could play well, I think that adding some lighter yellow around the eyes {just a line around the shape of the eyes then blend it in a bit] would also look cool, and if you feel up to it you could ever so slightly add the black marks or whatever they are onto some not super noticeable areas since we dont want people thinking they're markings not part of the base

Idk if you're looking for feedback but I think the idea for this base is good however, the flowers are mostly purple and yellow with some white, yet the base itself is mostly neon pink. Maybe desaturating the pink a bit or adding more of colors from the flowers would help? Of course, these are just suggestions and it's your base idea so you don't have to change it if you don't want
