I was looking at the Omen and Eldritch eyes and thought "Why not blue?"

I'm thinking that 50x Gem: Moonstone can make Fragments: Moonstone, restricting it to the month of July. The soft blue I propose here would fit well with the Space theme going on, I think.

Alternatively it could be a craftable December thing, December doesn't have any craftable applicators or decors. Maybe you need to find snuhflakes or snuhballs in Explore and gather 50 of them to make Essence of Snow and this alternative name could be Snowball!
