Nesting/Auto Nesting

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I purchased auto nesting on the 3rd of this month, and yesterday received a notification that two of my lionesses had lost their litters due to not being nested. I should have about half my auto nesting still going, and have plenty of nesting material in stock. Upon checking, it noted that auto nesting was not active on my account?

I'm not sure, I didn't do anything out of the ordinary! Just went about playing the game as I usually do. Didn't get any notice it was ending early, it just seems to have.
