Its really just a gimmick item making your lion's base translucent - but NOT making markings translucent, so it will only have any visual effect if the lion didnt have many marks about them. It can make a lion look ghostly, so long as it doesnt have many marks because marks are NOT affected by this item.  So in short; Chameleon Skin is a prank item that can make your lion look ghostly/blending with the background, so long as your lion doesnt have many strong marks on them.
