You could just sex change the male to female (it's cheaper). How you can get gb you ask? Few examples:

Hunt a lot and once you have 100 uses of big carcasses - sell it for 1gb.

Or you can play Serengeti Shuffle - if you get over 3600 or 3800 points (I don't remember which) you have a chance to get Dove Feast (1gb) or Black Stallion (2-3gb). You can also explore a lot and just buy 1gb for SB in oasis.

And if you can wait about two weeks - explore a lot and participate in the event. Once tier 3 of event shop opens you can buy lion scrotums and sell each of them for 8-10gb easily. And if you'll wait few months you van even get 20gb or more for one lion scrotum.

But also...most males aren't worth keeping or even sex changing. So if you're really attached - ofc do it. But if you breed your females at each heat ... you will need to get used to chasing/killing/abandoning your male cubs if they won't sell. Same with some of the female ones. Otherwise you'll go bunkrupt buying all that space 😉
