Hello, im trying to upload a CD and I keep on getting "couldn't open item image" and i dont know how to fix it, Its the right size 640 x 500 [from what ive been told]. ive used both imgur and imgbb and both do not work ^^"  0 players like this post! Like? |

Have to ask, just to make sure, the links you're trying to use end in .png? I know the issue happened with imgur with my friend, but imgbb has always worked for me, so that's peculiar. I have heard from a CD artist that sometimes the CD submission just... breaks, but I've never seen it personally. Yes, imgur ended in png, yet with Imgbb theres multiple links i can choose and im not quite sure on what would be the right one to pick 0 players like this post! Like? |

LIoden CD images have to be pngs, so that would be the one you want. If you make sure it's that and it still doesn't work, I'm not quite sure. Your dimensions are right for the main image. 0 players like this post! Like? |
