What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
No error message it just simply says
15/20 (-1 pending) on the clan members spot. And this is also inaccurate as there is 4 pending requests and 10 clan members.
It goes to 0 pending if someone has sent a request to join and a soon as they are accepted it goes back to -1

Update : it has gone to -2

My browser is
Chrome on Linux
And I am on a Android 14.

That is from a little while ago before I accepted someone into the clan.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I have absolutely no idea how it even happened.
