as a dwarf breeder, i would LOVE for dwarves to be more useful and do something other than drain my money

in some cases of dwarfism in humans, if two people with dwarfism have children, the baby has a chance of inheriting the dwarfism gene from both parents. this is known as "double dominant dwarfism" and is unfortunately fatal in most cases. i propose a rare chance for breeding 2 dwarves together to result in the double dominant lethal mutation. double dominant dwarfism causes death due to respiratory issues due to an underformed/deformed ribcage and chest cavity in effected babies. this idea IS a work in progress, so expect me to come back and add edits/updatez or whatever. seeing more people have dwarf kings would be cool! please give feedback, any and all crit welcome .)
