What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

Okay so i went to freeze the tigon i just bought (Which can die soon) and i went to try and freeze it, and only a few lions will show up, nut including her. I even went to check if i had freeze slots open and i still had one more.

Okay so first i bought the turritopis Jellyfish. I went to the trade hub to buyout the tigon i wanted and then i tried to freeze her. her name wasn't showing up so then i checked my freeze slots an itwas full so i bought another one and went back and her name is still not showing up. i tried closing out the game multiple times and it still wont work. Is there any way to fix it???????
