hey ho!

this is my first time suggesting anything and I hope I'm doing this right. I'm completely open to critisism (how is that word spelled??) and tips but please be gentle :)

anyway, here is my idea:

as a name, I thought of Moonrise and I think it would work as an applicator base. designed it with the October event in mind and the, like, ... color placement and all is a bit inspired by the Bloon Moon base, so I think it would tie in with that event pretty nicely. but in case staff considers this as a base option, of course it could be added to the game in any way lmao. I guess as for categorization, it would be Black Medium Countershaded Special.

anyway, yeah, that's my first base suggestion! ^^ I would be very happy if you support this idea, if you vote against it, please be so kind and let me know why, so I can hopefully improve my ideas in the future :)
