Serenity's lore: *Serenity was a young cub poor without sight, her father the ruler of the pride took this as a bad sign saying she would bring nothing but destruction. Her mother was forced to leave the small helpless cub by herself knowing she would not survive to feel the hot sun tomorrow. The goddess bast took pity on the small cub and promised her a life with no pain and gifted her the ability to see through sound and touch to know what one was thinking and what ones future would be. Bast watched over the cub like she was her own daughter till she could care for herself and she found Asmodeus. He let her join the pride as Bast could not watch the young lion any longer due to a great danger that was approaching fast.
