hi! if i breed a mutated lioness and dont use a scrotum, is it still possible to have mutated cubs?

Yes! It depends on a few factors, though.

1. Random chance. Any breeding can randomly produce a mutated cub, but it's a very small chance, even with the low fertility boost.

2. Mutated father. If the father has a mutation that can pass (primals, pies, patches, dorsal fur... might be missing one) the cub can inherit it specifically.

3. If the mutated mother applies, then yes. Female feruses only, overgrown furs, pies, patches, hybrids, and dorsal furs (might again be missing someone) can pass their mutations to cubs. Dwarfs, achromia, overgrown tongue, polycaudal, etc.? Not passable at all without a lion scrotum.
