Well, I had an idea that the world where the lions live is actually a real place in Africa but the lions don't call it by its real name. Fun fact, my adoptive father grew up in Zambia so I know a little bit about that place. But we can make up a totally new world if you want. It's fine with me either way.
For lions, I think our lions should be normal lions, except they can be enhanced by certain magic, drawing from African folklore. For example, perhaps a lion in the pride is a shaman and can communicate with spirits (such as the ancestors, or even guardian spirits)
Creatures... well, there are a lot of unique creatures in African folklore/mythology we can draw from. Mami Wata, for example, is a water spirit that is depicted as half-human, half fish. Another creature is the Kholomodumo, or 'the swallower'. Basically a demon-like creature that expands every time he consumes a victim. However, we don't have to draw on African folklore if you don't want to. I don't want to make you do anything uncomfortable, of course. It's just an idea I had.
I think we should have at least two main OCs. One for you, one for me. They could either belong to the same pride, or not. Perhaps they belong to two different prides who are at war with each other. That could make things interesting.
These are just some thoughts I had. Of course we don't have to do any of the above :)

I would love to see your other oc's and I can make more oc's if we are going to make a pride. We dont have to make it a large pride. I was thinking around 5 or 6 lions.
