Hello!! Im trying to make my own HTML for my art commissions forum. I am using ImgBB and trying to find a code to add this into my bg https://i.ibb.co/vXbWBn9/db3ca8dcc2ef0a6fcf629fb5c151dd20.jpg I am hoping to also put boxes or hover boxes over it and some images for examples of my art, any help?  1 player likes this post!
