Raffled lion cub

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I have a raffle that's ended and I had a Cub being one of the prizes or the main prize.Typically, the Cub hasn't been transferred over to the winner.And it hasn't left my din I can still do anything and everything to it except for transfer it

When the raffl ended the prize is sent to the winner or winners as you know this was a winner tack all and this my artic Cub was a prize the cubs name is HuaMulan with was also the winner profile name naw I don't have a clue why this happened but if there's anyway to fix it to I can attempt to send it to the winner would be greatly appreciated
