So I've got a new Heir that I've been thinking of Mut/Heritage Repping, I recently learned what it is and have never done it before. While learning about what repping is, someone said this on some forum: in the screen where you retire and choose a new king there is a drop down that as a few choices on it one will take the appearance of the new cub and one will keep the appearance of the current king. if you want to mut rep you would select keep current appearance the king will keep the appearance (base, eyes, skin, marks) of the king you are currently retiring. you would then choose a lion with a mutation and your new king will gain that mutation along with the stats, and heritage of the lion with the mutation. What I'm confused about is, when you click "Keep Current King Appearance" does it just mean you ONLY look like your old king, or does it kind of just reincarnate them so that you can continue breeding their markings/base/skin/eyes/etc but with your new heirs mut/heritage/stats? I'm very worried about trying this because my heir is an extinct RLC and I don't want to risk wiping them on accident. Whoever helps me out on this can get 3 refunded breeding's from them they're a 3.16.18 clone. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 19/06/24 @ 17:17:54 by KillShot (2x Ros Primal) (#314151) |

Okay, so with this, Mut/her repping is exactly what your thinking^^ When you retire your king and pick your heir, you can choose to keep the CURRENT king's APPEARANCE (So EVERYTHING that they look like) or the heir's appearance, which basically means that your getting a WHOLE new king. By choosing Current king's appearance you continue using the king you already have as king, but the heir's Stats, Mutation (If any), and Heritage are the ONLY thing from the heir that will be applied to the new(current) king. If you choose heir's appearance (Which I believe you said is a clone (cgs btw^^) ) the new king will have the HEIR'S APPEARANCE AND its HERITAGE, STATS, and MUTATION (if any). So if your trying to king your clone heir, you would want to choose heir's appearance And if your CURRENT king is the clone and you have a G2 Mut (for example) you would choose Current king's Appearance and the G2 and Mutation of the Heir would basically transfer to the "new king" current king! Hope this helps!! 1 player likes this post! Like? |

Your king's traits will still be able to pass the same as before. The new king will indeed have the heir's mutation, heritage, and stats :) As long as you don't click the option to use your mut rep's appearance when the time comes, your RLC won't be wiped! 1 player likes this post!
