I'm a frequent lurker in main chat, and I've seen a few players discussing what the nickname for jaglions should be once they're released. We've got 'gons' for tigons and 'pons' for leopons, so what should jaglions be nicknamed? I've seen the following suggestions, and I think it'd be fun to have an informal vote/discussion about it!  Jons--similar naming structure as gons & pons, follows the pattern Jags--my personal favorite! a fresh new twist on the current hybrid nomenclature Jorts--tbh this might've been a joke & i misread the context lol but it's cute & stands out! jon makes no sense to me, tiGON, leoPON, but there's no jon in jaglion. so I'm not much of a fan of that one. jags is my personal favorite as well, it makes sense and I like the way it sounds. and jorts also doesn't exactly make sense to me but it is silly 2 players like this post! I’m just a random passer by but hear me out. Jaguars are a Central/South American animal. In ancient South America “jaguar” was actually “yaguara”. In Mayan culture jaguars were called “Balam”. Personally just going to be calling them by the full name - Jaglion! But if I HAD to shorten it I would shorten it to jon to follow the naming trend of the other two hybrids. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Zen, jon could be taken from jaglion by taking the first letter and last two, theoretically, although that's a little asinine imo. I like jons bc it's funny, not bc it's practical 0 players like this post! Like? |
