A couple things I think people need to remember:
The only other adventuring quest, Journey to Vredefort Crater, takes most players several months to complete. That quest had a guaranteed reward to everyone who finished it, (Interstellar Remnants) which at the time was only accessible via that quest. For multiple years the reward item maintained its value of around 200gb, and only dropped in value when the item became available by other means, it did not drop in value over time despite more people being able to complete the quest.

Additionally, first gen hybrids will ALWAYS be extremely valuable. Despite being in the game many years, first gen leopon and tigon cubs are still worth over 1000gb, closer to 2000gb if their heritage is short and clean.

Completing the adventuring quest also does not by any means guarantee you a jaglion cub, you are still most likely NOT going to get one. You cannot pay for more boosts, and CRBs, lion meats, GMO cows have much, much, much lower chances of giving you a jaglion (and just as much chance as giving you a different hybrid, and much higher chance of a different mutation altogether).

This is actually better though! If this quest were super easy to complete in only a couple days the value of them would plummet, likely they would be worth less than leopons and tigons in a very short amount of time (we've seen this happen with pie/patches muts and bases, for example ticked pie is worth basically nothing because they were too easily accessible). Additionally, the quest taking a long time means release of jaglions will be staggered instead of flooding the market. Lions aren't immortal, so some jaglions will be dying of old age while more will be produced in a few months time by people who took their time completing the quest. This will allow the value of the jaglions to stay steady instead of fluctuating wildly.

I would even go so far as to say that since over 80 jaglions have already been born, so its too late to get those initial first jaglion super high prices, its probably actually more valuable to save your boosts until later down the line once the market has settled a bit. As I said, first gen hybrids will ALWAYS be valuable, but you don't want to sell when the market is flooded.

I would really not consider it pay to win anymore than lioden always has been. Sure you can buy a bunch of GB and just buy a hybrid but thats not as fun as breeding it yourself, and you can't buy the extremely good luck required to breed one.

@Jess true, but I also think how the announcement was written is affecting how people go about it. “Will take a few rollovers.” Not a week, a month, a while, ect. Vs crater quest they stated would take a WHILE up front.

I also hate the argument of “you have no timelimit” and?? Like I’m allowed to be a little mad at how long it’s taking?? Especially after they said A FEW roll overs. Obviously it varies from person to person and their daily lives. But like,, I have no life. I’m on here most of the day outside of caring for my dog and like it’s taking 6 days to get half way through day 2 on my side. Are the other two days a breeze? Yeah. But it ain’t exactly “a few days”

If your referring to the lioness quest where your expected to claim around 50 lioness with no time limit. This quest provides you with 1000sb, exp and maybe Lion meat once completed. At least that’s what it gives me when I complete the quest every now and then.

Finally made it past the second day! It took a bit of time, but happy to move on. Finding the jaguars in the dens wasn’t too hard, let’s hope rng is kind to me in explore, found 1 already so fingers crossed.
