So this is now the second time this has happened to me! I should have 20 days of Auto-Nesting left because I bought it at the same time as I bought Feed All/Play All; however YET AGAIN it is showing me as having no Auto-Nesting! Just like the Feed All/Play All I should have 20 days in Auto-Nesting, however, it is showing that I have no Auto-Nesting days and it's telling me to go buy it!  0 players like this post! Like? |

Can you search your user log to see your past FAPA and auto-nesting purchases? I used the keyword "exchanged" to see all of mine. 0 players like this post! Like? |

last purchase was May 31st, 2024; I still had a few days left on my previous one: -5 Bought 30 days of the feed all, play all tool. 2024-05-31 19:34:42 -15 Bought 30 days of the auto-nesting tool. 2024-05-31 19:34:32 0 players like this post! Like? |

Hmm, you should definitely have days left then. Do you have a screenshot of your current remaining FAPA days on your den page as well as your current remaining auto-nesting days on the nesting page? 0 players like this post! Like? |

I would submit a ticket to modbox! Even if you were starting at 0 days when you purchased it, it should at least have a few days left. Do you rollover every day? To my understanding, both services should only lose time on days that you do roll over, but perhaps one isn't working as it should if they were previously synced with the same number of days. 0 players like this post!
