What is your biggest fear?

It was the night a star fell from the sky. Thousands of eyes, both human and animal were directed towards the orange-tinted sky, powerless to stop the celestial visitor and unable to look away from it at the same time.

With a thunderous roar the object collided with the ocean. The earth convulsed, much like a wounded animal, and split in two, forming a gaping wound — a bottomless Breach that stretched across the length of town swallowing entire streets as it grew. People and animals scrambled together in a mass of screeching flesh, trampling anyone, living or not, that stood in their way. There was nothing to run from, and yet they did. It's in their instincts.

It stopped as quickly as it began. Everything fell silent.

The trucks arrived in the morning. Humans left without a trace like rats fleeing from a sinking ship, and you… well, you are one of those unfortunate souls who was doomed by the virtue of not being able to speak. Whether you are a humble dweller of the forest or a piece of meat with a heartbeat and a number for a name, you're all in the same boat here. With this much uncertainty, only one thing is clear — humans are unkind cowardly gods, and nobody is coming back to save you. You are on your own now.

The countdown for your life has begun — this town grows more hostile with every passing day. It breathes evil. You don't see it, and yet you feel it with every inch of your skin. Everything seems wrong — the eternal fog shrouding the town, the wind faintly whispering your name, the silhouettes of creatures who look just like you darting through the trees. There are strange sounds coming from the sea.

Panophobia is a fear of everything.
