╰┈➤ semi-realistic with a focus on semi-real and semi-liquid time roleplay ; every day is a new day and every month is a new month in roleplay, but threads that have already been started do not cease once a day passes!

This server is heavily under construction at the current moment and not open to spectators or members. We will be opening applications during July (no approximate date yet, stay tuned!)

We are also currently looking for staff to help with general server organization and writing, as well as moderators, event staff, and so on!


What is the role of a staff member?

Staff members are responsible for remaining active in the server and engaging with the members of the server. Staff should work together to create a welcoming environment for all! Staff will enforce rules and regulations, assist in disciplinary action where needed, and help new members or others with questions.


What are the requirements?

Requirements include:

• 3-4 days per week (minimum) of in-character and out-of-character responses and engagement
  

• an open mind to work with a diverse team
  

• ability to utilize google sheets
  

• knowledge of discord's roles and commands

The requirements will be enforced by staff members. Breaks are allowed and encouraged when needed. If possible, we ask that you notify us of the break in the Discord server (or via DMs) so we can give you the "ON HIATUS" role. We understand emergencies occur, and sometimes you may be unable to notify us of a hiatus. We want our staff team to take care of themselves.

What roles does the team consist of?

Our team consists of the following:

Admins

Admins are responsible for all of the duties that a moderator would have. They also are responsible for kicking/banning people and notifying players if disciplinary action is being taken. Admins are welcome to help with character creation and review applications, but must make sure they are in contact with the Clan Keeper of that specific group so the allegiances get updated.

Moderators

Moderators are responsible for ensuring the rules are followed, helping people where needed, and help to settle disputes and tickets. If there is a dire situation, moderators are always welcome to ping or DM any admin for further assistance. Moderators are allowed to "time out" players who are being disruptive. We ask that you do not kick or ban unless someone is obviously trolling or blatantly breaking our server rules.

Event Staff

Event Staff coordinate events; both full server events and clan-wide ones. They help keep engagement by doing question of the day (QOTD) channel updates, they coordinate OOC events as well, such as gaming or movies!

Writing Staff

Writing Staff will help with planning future plot points and story arcs, and potentially clan history! We will also utilize these staff members if NPCs need to be written, or a description of a storm, flood, etc. needs to be done at the beginning of a group roleplay.

Clan Keeper

Clan Keepers are in charge of going over respective character submissions before admins, updating the allegiances, and updating current happenings within their respective clans.
