I'm looking to offer a new comm type for a bit for some gb, but I don't really know how to price them. Theyre essentially sketchy headshots with a bit of painting over top; here are some examples. The level of detail I would typically offer is the first one I'd say, with the second being a bit abnormal in detail level. Any help is greatly appreciated :) Spoiled for body horror (snakes coming out of mouth), and is also neon. 0 players like this post! Like? |

i am not familiar enough with how others price their art on lioden but i'd say price based on how long it takes you to do them so that it is fair for you and your time. each artist brings their own unique thing to the table so people are choosing you for the look of the work. if one of these takes you 30 minutes to do you can price lower and get more customers that will ultimately mean more profit; if it takes you 3 hours then price higher since you cannot do as many and you are putting much more effort in. lovely art btw 💖 0 players like this post! I'd honestly start at no less than 30 for a simple character and/or pose, such as the first one. For something like the second, I'd definitely boost the price up at minimum 20 more. The price may seem high, but it really isn't. 2 = 1! So minimum 15 or 25 for starting prices. Like above, charge for how long it takes, the complexity of the character, and the pose. Your art is gorgeous and people who want to support you wouldn't mind having a larger price. Keep in mind the lioden community always has changing prices, so it's good to keep your eye on that! If you ever do open commissions I'd love to get something from you!! 0 players like this post! Like? |
