What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I have unlocked the Veil Nebula (I also have the achievement and it says it is unlocked in the event) but it will not give me access to the Veil Nebula Zone. The only zone I can access is the first one, Draco Constellation.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Took the necessary required steps in the Draco Constellation event zone to unlock Veil Nebula and earned the achievement. When I went back to the main Celestial Explore page to see if I could enter the Veil Nebula, the zone itself never showed up but the name appeared under the "Current Available Zones:"
