How to obtain
Celestial raffle, obviously. Comes in the following marking shapes: Cloak, Mirage, Ocelot, Feline 10
Alternatively, it could be a December-released combo, though I'd strongly prefer it be a July base

Yeah it's very saturated, but July is the colorbomb base month, and it needs more bright bases to go with all that decor. Furthermore, real auroras are very bright and shiny, and muting the colors would be a waste. Finally, more bright July bases -> more bright BO markings
