「 TERMS OF SERVICE 」

✦ refunds and cancellations. i may cancel a commission at any time, in which you will be given a full refund. however, if you initiate a refund your refund will depend on what stage the commission is in. if the commission is in the sketch stage for example, you will be refunded the full commission price minus the price of a sketch. please note that my TAT may be up to three months maximum. the longer wait times are typically for pieces that are larger, such as references, rendered pieces or multi-character pieces.

✦ character references. when commissioning me, you are expected to have a non-shaded digital reference of your character. this must be at the very least a fullbody. i will not accept a.i., descriptions or traditionally drawn references. keep in mind characters considered more detailed (or with humanlike hair or wings) may be subjected to a complexity fee. the fee may range depending on the piece. feel free to ask for a quote!

✦ commission process. when commissioning me, you will be sent a sketch according to the expression and pose you chose. you may make changes to the lines here, as i do not edit the lines once the sketch is approved unless i miss something from the sketch. if you want changes to the lines afterwards, there will be a fee. you will be shown the flat color stage to approve of, and the shaded stage if applicable.

✦ turnaround time and deadlines. my longest turnaround time ranges from two to three months, however this may extend based on the complexity of your commission. turnaround times are not a guarantee, sometimes i finish within days or less. furthermore, if you have a deadline you need your commission done by, there will be a 50% rush fee.

at least half payment must be given before i start. full is required after the sketch is approved. if you cancel before full payment has been given, i will keep the already given half.
