Usually, they have low fertility so use an Angelic Blessing or a Black stallion. Once you have those you can add things to boost the chance of a hybrid. Like lion meat maybe or a GMO cow. You can use CRB but I wouldn't really. Once you have that you can give her buffy balls which give her 3 cubs which probably gives you or not more muties. As in like a mutie bundle of cubs. Buffy balls you don't need to do though. That's all I really know now but breeding a hybrid is expensive and you must be ready for it.

as you already have a hybrid, the only item to use when breeding her is buffalo scrotum. none of the other items (lion scrotum, lion meat, gmo cow etc) improve your odds of your hybrid passing on her mutation, which is 10% as she is first generation. afaik the other items roll after the hybrid, so if you do use them, you're not at risk of losing the jaglion, but if the jaglion does pass then even if those items trigger, you lose whatever might've come out of them, like a different first gen hybrid or a lethal. essentially, using any mutation boosting items with her is wasting those items.

for selling heats specifically, it is 20 yohimbe barks per heat, and the person buying the heat is providing them. the norm is for the person buying to also provide any other items necessary, such as the buffalo scrotum and the instant cub delivery. majority of people selling jaglion heats are not charging any extra fee but doing split heats instead - the person buying takes first pick from the litter, you take second, they take third, you take fourth. if you do want to sell i have seen people charging 20-50 gb per heat, but the other items are already extremely expensive so these are not as popular. for the price of two barked heats + items you can just buy a jaglion from the TC.
