oh!! basically unless it's feb barks are quite expensive, and most people don't have 20 to hand so often peeps offer natural heats for the full cost of a heat, with the knowledge the lioness is losing a heat, and then either cheaper or no fee barked heats as barked heats don't reduce the number of natural heats a lioness has, so there's no negative impact of doing them if that makes sense?

natural heats are the ones lionesses have every 20 days, barked ones are refering to yohimbe barks, which reduce a lionesses cooldown by a day per bark. 20 barks means she can be bred as soon as she gives birth :)

Yeah, that part I get! But why would someone offer a difference, I guess? Is it like, "ok pay this much to speed her up, and this much if nobody else is in line" or something? I def understand the difference but not necessarily why someone would sell them separately...but also I'm super new to the hybrid breeding scene lol

i think what kaleid meant is that the majority of the topics offering jag heats list both natural and barked for sale simultaneously on the same lion, so we are trying to understand how that works ^^
