sex changing a female to a male

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I wanted to change this lioness to a male in order to be my next king, but when I tried to change her sex with an adult sex changer it displayed the error message "the lion has a pending heat request and cannot be modified". When I went to her reverse breeding section, I saw that it said there was a pending request, but when I clicked on it no requests appeared and it said there were none. I disabled her reverse breeding to see if it would fix the issue but nothing changed.

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I'm pretty sure this happend becuase the previous owner of the lion had her set up for reverse breeding, and had a request come in that they did not decline before she was transferred to me via private trade, so now it's just kind of stuck there and for some reason it says "none!" when I go to the page where you can usually view the female's requests.
