hiya!! i'm wondering if anyone's got a clue how to solve this.
my css has been broken ever since discord is no longer a file host so... <:) i've decided to take matters into my own hands and try to code my own den css using some leftover knowledge and html+css i've got leftover from my tumblr rp days.

however!! no matter how hard i try, i cannot find a way to make some codes i used back in my carrd days to work ;((. these are specifically codes to "animate" text. anyone got a clue what might b the issue?

a good example is the following pastebin, seen here, which is supposed to make the text wobble/wiggle.

i've also been. incapable of applying a code that makes images "shake" upon hover, among with other hover effects :[ whenever i apply it @ my css in dropbox it doesn't do anything ... examples of code seen here and here.
edit: got hover effects to work lol!!

edit: I've also noticed that javascript in order to "animate" or edit page titles does not work either.
