ROLEPLAY PROMPT: You follow the delicious aroma of a fresh kill, leaping over small streams and weaving your way through knots of vines and vegetation. As you peer through a particularly large clump of greenery, you notice a large lioness with her muzzle lowered, tearing into a carcass of some sort. She glances up at you and beckons for you to come closer. "Hello," she says in a cheerful voice. "I'm Amora. Would you like to join my pride?" You realise that she hold no ill intentions, so you crawl closer. As you near, the first thing that you notice about her is her giant stature, easily surpassing that of most adult male lions. The second, her impressive primal fangs. You consider what she has asked, weighing the pros and cons of her request. You stare deeper into her playful pink eyes, and a sense of content fills you. She grins at you. "I'll be waiting near the waterfall for the next week. Gather any lions you think might wish to join, and we can discuss business then. Oh, and you can keep the zebra." With a blink of an eye, she bounds off, leaving you with the carcass. Oh! It was a zebra! You chuckle to yourself, and submit to the growls of your stomach... INFORMATION AND RULES Hey y'all, this is my first group RP thingo ever. I'm kind of new to this game so please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong. So basically, this is a RELATIVELY realistic lion pride. By this I mean male lions can serve as hunters and brood mothers, females can be on patrol and can lead the pride, and will probably do things that lions don't normally do because I know absolutely nothing about lions. Also, this pride derives from IceShard's pride (https://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=304429518962). 1. Please be respectful to everyone. That means no shaming anyone/anyone's OC for being colored, white, LGBT+, disabled, neurodiverse, or anything else I might have missed. 2. This is ONLY on Lioden. I don't have/want/need Discord. 3. Please don't plan out a structure for the RP. However, if you want lion/lioness to be mated with another, please check with that person first. 4. Mutations are allowed, just not Jaglions/Leopons/Tigons. 5. Please no magical powers. That's all I can really think of now. I'm going to create an OOC and a place to post a character sheet, and in one week we can start. If I've missed anything please let me know! Hey if this is still open can I be ur rp partner :] I already have one but she isn’t very long term I’m on here daily, but since school is rolling around again I might be busy more I’ll be roleplaying as my queen. Amora let out a deep yawn, arching her back and feeling her breath expand her stomach. She stood, stretched again, then padded out from the cave in which she had been dwelling for the past week.The sunlight hit her rhubarb-colored fur, filling her with an instant bubbly warmth. She glanced up at the sky, her eyes glinting. Hm. The sun had been awake for several hours now - she was expecting her new pride to be here any time soon. She sunk her claws into the earth, picking up speed. Ah, how she loved the Land, with its fierce jungles, magnificent waterfalls, terrifying rapids. Then again, she also appreciated its humble softness - the creek that she had silently dubbed Duckling Drowns, the open savannahs that stretched for miles, the soothing light of the Moon. Amora leapt across a rotting log, then slowed her pace. She had arrived at the Waterfall! She lay down in the shade, waiting for her new pride to arrive, and for her new life to begin. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Lines of blue and white rippled through the nearby bushes and an older lion stepped out, stretching with a soft purr, even if his ribs were showing. He padded over, his tail swaying. “Hey, Amora? Altar.” Altar extended a claw and pointed at himself, breathing in the crisp air before it caught in his throat, and he stifled a cough. A young lioness emerged from the lake nearby, allured by the scent of the kill. It seemed she had fallen in while following the scent. or perhaps she was just taking a dip? Cassandra was NOT happy, huffing and puffing like an angry cub. She approached the two lions, but didn’t say a word, just sat there. Dripping. Wet. “I fell in the lake, if you’re wondering” She finally mumbled, raking her claws against the brittle grass. “I smelled food, and I didn’t see the lake…” She explained, growling bitterly. 0 players like this post! Amora turned from Altar, glancing at a lioness with similar coloring to herself. She was soaking wet, absolutely dripping from head-to-toe. She chuckled to herself a little. Hafsa emerged from some nearby bushes. She was pulling something closer to the 3 other lions already sitting at the meeting place. As she got closer it appeared to be a large boar. Finally Hafsa reached them and dragged the boar to rest in front of Amora. “I caught this on the way here, I figured it would help feed those coming. I am Hafsa.” She then walked over to the water and took a few laps of it. With her thirst satisfied she laid down beside the res making sure she was not in anyone’s bubble.. 0 players like this post! It took Obsidian a while to travel to the Waterfall, but she got their fairly easy with no problems. As she threw out her senses, she found that Amora was already with three other lions. A male and two lioness. The dark pelted lioness was a little skeptical of them but approached them anyways. Obsidian hadn’t managed to gather any other lions, she preferred to stay away from others. Not all lions she met were friendly like Amora had been, most made fun of her blindness or just tried to ‘Put her out of her misery’ as they said when she’d successfully defend herself. Being blind was not something that affected very much. Her other senses had heightened to the point that she didn’t really need her eyes to see. She stopped not far from the gathered lions. She nodded to the ones she didn’t know. “Hello there, I’m Obsidian.” She told then 0 players like this post! Like? |
