What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?
My lion(s) appearance

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
After completing the Civil War storyline I received the Intergalactic Flare Markings as expected and went into my hoard to apply them.
While attempting to do so I realized the "Choose Marking Slot" area does not list any markings.
My king has plenty of marking slots left so it wouldn't be an issue with space but the issue isn't restricted to my king, selected multiple different lions and cannot choose a slot for any of them.

This isn't affecting any of my other marking applicators, only the Intergalactic Flare Markings applicator.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
I do not believe the civil war storyline showed me that I got these items (at least I didn't see quest rewards and had to check my hoard to make sure I got the marking applicator) nor did it announce when I got the achievement for completing the storyline by disrupting Apollyon's ritual.

I still got the achievement regardless of not getting a popup telling me but I'm wondering if maybe that's why I can't apply the markings?
