Basically it’s a white skin but there’s rainbow speckles in it and stuff. I do not know if theres something like this already for I have not looked at all skins. I would try to show an example but I can’t find a transparent png of the nose/paws.  Could be an app for Liodens birthday or maybe something players get when a king is crowned or player birthday? Something like this?  |

A bunch of the July skins have sparkles, as well as some golden special onces, and the harvest one. There are a few, but I feel like just plain white with speckles might be too plain? Maybe you could design the tail to be like a party hat or something lol. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think this could be kind of cute if maybe the colors were less pastel and there was like a watercolor/blur effect added to the dots, especially on pawpads! 2 players like this post! Like? |
