Hi, again!  So I'm still having issues linking my two accounts. I'm really not sure if I'm just only allowed one, or if I need to remake it on only one email? (If i do need both on the same email I will freeze the other from my alt. account so I'm not multi-accounting :3). (Please forgive my ignorance if it's super obvious, I'm just really confused  ) 0 players like this post! Like? |

Modbox is the only place you're going to get definitive help. If every bit of information in the forms you're filling out is correct, then the most common issue is birthdays not matching up, which is still something that can only be handled in Modbox. It's been a while for me but I think different emails are required to create the accounts in the first place. Different birthdays on the accounts may cause issues with linking. I'd suggest reaching out to modbox to see if they can assist, as they are able to change things like that! 0 players like this post! Like? |
