The title is fairly self explanatory, I believe it would be very helpful if an extra step/warning were added when putting gb for sale in the oasis. I'm saying this because I recently accidentally put my gb up for sale for an extremely low price, and never got them back. This got me thinking that it would be really helpful if it wasn't so easy to do that, especially for newbies who don't understand what it does. :)

There already is a warning? I just tried and when putting a GB for sale, this pops up:

Are you sure you want to list these Gold Beetles for sale?

If you dont see it, you will have to check your device settings.
If you suggest more to be added, I dont support there being any more pop ups, one is enough!

I understand that there is already a pop-up, but depending on the device and its settings it may have varying levels of visibility. With the device I'm on, it only says "are you sure you want to perform this action?" which I don't believe explains well enough what the consequences will be. I have checked my settings, and there is no way to change this!

That's sadly the problem of your device, not Lioden, as on my browser, the message is clear and understandable!

Are you sure you want to list these Gold Beetles for sale?

This is the message I got and it explains everything fine, and its not unclear for newbies. I dont know why your device displays a different message, but since it changes the Lioden's message, even if Lioden add another confirmation - your device will change that one too! Its just something weird with your device, on Lioden's part, the message is already there and its clear - there's nothing Lioden can do really if your device is changing the message.

Are you using an autotranslator perhaps? Maybe it is causing the message to change?

Interesting that you get a different message, that makes sense.. Ig we can only hope that new players playing the same kind of device as I won't get scammed I was unaware that the messages were different, my apologies.

I don't think it needs an additional confirmation (as it is already a bit of a pain to list multiple GB sales) however I do think the current confirmation could benefit from actually putting the numbers right on it. I also have the same message as Mad Hyena, so I'm not sure what's up with your device, but the message could say instead:

Are you sure you want to list [# of GB] Gold Beetles for sale for [total SB price]?

In any case, it's best to double check the price before submitting anything, be it a GB sale, trade, or branch listing c:

I agree with Terrinthia, that information would be helpful, BUT it wont solve the issue of some devices showing an entirely different message - as that said device will just change that too? I wonder what's going on.

Do you have any extensions or addons? Autotranslators, autocorrectors, some apps for enchanced browsing, searching or whatever? Anything additional installed in the browser could be causing this.

I also agree, Terrinthia! The point I tried to make was that clarifying what action is being performed and the consequences would be helpful, and I agree that stating the prices would be a good way to do that. :>

We can definitely add in the amount to the confirmation prompt itself. Unfortunately, with the standard confirm() function that browsers include, if your browser isn't displaying the message as it is already, we may not be able to affect that. Out of curiosity, what browser are you using?
