Nyezemnoy Korolova (Russian name, translation is Ethereal Queen)

Age: 236 in human years, 23 in dragon years

Appearance:
Eyes: Teal, with golden flecks. Very large and round, and her pupils are almost human-like instead of the reptillian slit.
Scales: All shades of blue, and even hints of purple and green. When she gets nervous the scales on her tail and along her spine raise up a little. She also has these luminescent patches along her throat and ribs that light up - they are very bright when she does, a sort of pale blue-teal color.
In general she is a very large dragoness, quite overweight. But instead or seeming to be overweight, it's more of a plumpness that is pleasing to the eye.

Personality:
A very bubbly personality to those she doesn't know very well. She appears to be a social butterfly and is loved by nearly everyone. She is even kind to the poorer dragons, and instead of just handing them money, she lets them clean/cook at her house for pretty decent wages, then sends them off after a couple months with a good resume. That way, she doesn't embarrass them and they can say that they earnt their money.

New Appearance: Navy blue scales, mint blue underside and underbelly, with the same color for his wing membranes, golden yellow horns and claws. Masculine versions of a few of Nyezemnoy's physical attributes
